Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the data Uno Answers holds about you at any time. Pick whichever option suits you.
Option 1: Remove the app in Instagram
- Open Instagram and go to Settings and privacy.
- Tap Website permissions (or Apps and websites), then Apps and websites.
- Find Uno Answers under Active and tap Remove.
- To delete your data as well, send a deletion request when Instagram offers it.
Instagram then sends us a signed deletion request automatically. We delete your data from Uno Answers, ask every brand workspace that received it to delete it too, and give you a confirmation code you can check below.
Option 2: Email us
Email hello@unoanswers.com from any address, with your Instagram username and the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- The comments and messages you sent to campaign accounts, and the logs of those events.
- Your Instagram user ID and username as stored by Uno Answers.
- If you are an influencer or brand: your access tokens and connection records.
Messages already delivered to your Instagram inbox stay there. Delete them in Instagram if you want to.
