What counts as an active campaign?
A campaign that is currently watching comments and sending DMs. Paused or finished campaigns (and their analytics) do not count toward your limit.
Do I need my own Meta app?
No. Starter and Growth run on the shared Uno Answers Meta app, which is ready immediately. Enterprise customers can bring their own app for full white-labelling.
Is there a limit on DMs?
DMs are rate-limited to 30 per hour per Instagram account by default to protect your account. Growth and Enterprise can adjust this within Instagram's policies.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
