What counts as an active campaign?
A campaign that is currently watching comments and sending DMs. Paused or finished campaigns (and their analytics) do not count toward your limit.
Do I need my own Meta app?
No. Every plan runs on the Uno Answers Meta app, which is ready immediately. Influencers connect their own accounts with a private invite link and access code.
Is there a limit on DMs?
DMs are rate-limited to 30 per hour per Instagram account by default to protect your account. Growth and Enterprise can adjust this within Instagram's policies.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
