Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Uno Answers, operated by Terbium Solutions. By using the service you agree to them. If you use Uno Answers on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
1. The service
Uno Answers lets brands run Instagram influencer campaigns: it detects keyword comments on authorised posts and sends automated direct messages with tracked links, using Meta's official APIs.
2. Your responsibilities
- Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, Platform Terms and messaging policies.
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and obtain any permissions influencers must give.
- Keep message content lawful, accurate and not misleading, including any advertising disclosures required where you operate.
- Keep your credentials and API keys confidential.
- Act as data controller for personal data processed in your campaigns, with a valid legal basis for that processing.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Uno Answers to send spam, harass people, collect data beyond what a campaign needs, get around Instagram's rate limits or safety systems, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Third-party platforms
Uno Answers depends on Meta's APIs. We are not responsible for changes, limits or outages Meta introduces, or for Meta's decisions about your accounts.
6. Data protection
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions and under our data processing terms.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Uno Answers software and brand. You own your campaign content and data, and you grant us the licence we need to operate the service for you.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination we delete your campaign data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
